We invite you to become a BSB collaborator in any of the following capacities: Artists-in-Residence, Audio Editors/Engineers, Casting Director, Foley Artists (think sound effects), Marketing Director, Narrators, Production Assistants, Quality Control Screeners, Social Media Managers, Talent Recruiters, and Writers-in-Residence in exchange for experience. Almost all of us are learning as we go along. The only requirements are reliability and responsibility for your role. However, because this show is specifically for the blind, who have heightened hearing in absence of sight, we additionally require those who would volunteer their voices to audition. Then we focus on the following: ability to act (mainly for cast members), background noise, breathing, enunciation, mouth noise, pacing, and pronunciation. Everyone is expected to edit their work.
